3GPP interpretation

Raw PositionVelocity-r17 values use 1.3 m per position step and 0.06 m/s per velocity step. Raw Orbital-r17 values use the Release 17 scaling defined in TS 38.331. Position/velocity is interpreted in ECEF at epoch. Orbital parameters are interpreted in ECI, with the axes coincident at epochTime. Displayed delay is geometric satellite-to-UE propagation delay.
